This section is all about pursuing that fulfilling life of yours.
Do you know what truly matters in life?
These researches from the University of Zurch, Switzerland interviewed 747 individuals from all walks of life to determine what it actually means to be fulfilled. what did they find out?
I’ll get to that in tomorrow’s email.
In the meantime, wouldn’t it be nice to wake up everyday in a fulfilled state?
How do you do that exactly?
Well, you sit down and really think about the nouns that matter to you.
Understand the people, places, things and ideas that get you stoked on life.
Write down a list of each of these categories.
Then, next to each of the people, places, ideas and things you wrote down, brainstorm ways to increase the presence of those nouns in your life.
These are the things that matter. These are the guiding lights to your fulfillment.

This section offers a quick meditation for you to ponder throughout the day.
Take five minutes (set your phone timer) and visualize what your fulfilled life would look like from start to finish, from the moment you wake up to the second you go to bed.
What does your home look like? how does your bed feel? who are you with? how do you spend your day? what do you eat?
