Here’s how I fix mine:

  1. Don’t over schedule your Sundays, if possible - This makes us rush around more than we need too

  2. Get outside, away from the screens - engage with the world. reconnect with nature. Find some quiet.

  3. Allow space for one of your guilty pleasures in moderation - As long as you aren’t harming yourself or anyone else, this can be such a rewarding practice and can really nourish the soul
