⚡️How to Spiral Into Control

Daily Meditations for a Postive Mental Attitude

Time to make your life your own ⚡️

— the Pursuit —

This section is all about pursuing that fulfilling life of yours.

Have you ever felt trapped in a cycle where you feel wildy unfulfilled in your job? You spend your days getting stuck in traffic? You watch people on social media go to Europe on seemingly bottomless budgets?

Me too. In fact, most people feel wildly unfulfilled for similar reasons. But what’s the difference between you and them?

You take the action. Instead of using this unfilled energy to spiral out of control, you can use to to spiral INTO control.

One of the ways we do this is by figuring out what sorts of people, things, ideas and places we’re interested in naturally and allowing ourselves to explore those nouns.

Then we gather the data. Adjust our sails. and keep moving forward.

At the beginning, we might be exploring every single path that we can think of. But as we gather more data about what we truly find fulfilling, then we spiral closer and closer to that center of fulfillment.

Now go and find your fulfilment spiral.
