So, I’m willing to bet that some of you reading this don’t really derive much identity from the very thing that you spend most of your waking time doing.

  1. Start a hobby that you will look forward to every week - It boosts your mood and lowers your stress.

  2. Learn how to meditate - This youtuber is my favorite FREE way to meditate.

  3. Go for a long walk (or any other exercise) - This helps our blood flow and is a simple way to engage with the world.
